Insurance Exam Statement

 J.A.G. Exam Services is a contractor affiliate office of APPS Portamedic and ExamOne and has been doing Insurance exams for 30+ years.   We are able to provide mobile paramedical exams, EKG, TVC, blood, and urine collections.

When you need to order an Exam we have a few options that you can choose from.  At J.A.G. Exam Services we have a mission to improve the underwriting efficiency of life insurers. Order by phone, fax, e-mail. 

Our friendly staff is here to help in any way that we can.  To make your life easier as an agent keeps in mind that we have examiners everywhere who can go anywhere.   We transfer our office phones at night so we are available 24 hrs a day.

The professionals at J.A.G. Exam Services can perform the exam at the client's home, workplace, agent's office, or at our location. We ask that you tell your clients to allow anywhere from 20-60 minutes to perform and complete the exam depending on what requirements come with the policy. Here at J.A.G. Exam Services, we pride ourselves on having a wide variety of examiners all highly trained and professional. Our examiners are authorized and trained to perform and complete exams for all insurance companies.

Our network of highly trained individuals allows us to ensure quality service and personal attention to both the agent and client. If there are any special needs that need to be taken into account please do not hesitate to make a request. We have access to examiners state/nationwide if you need exams done outside our local examiner's locations.

We have also performed exams in Spanish to further ensure comfort and satisfaction. If you have a Spanish speaking client,  just let us know and we can get it done for you as well. We are here to help in any way possible.

At J.A.G. Exam Services, Inc. we strive for excellent customer service. We can provide e-mail notifications of exam status to agents when the exam gets assigned, scheduled, re-scheduled, canceled, completed, or if there is a problem. The notification is sent directly from our system to your e-mail and includes any activity notes that we enter into our system about the exam.
